Lamentations 1:9 ~ ﻣﺮﺍﺛﻲ ﺇﺭﻣﻴﺎ 1:9

H er uncleanness is in her skirts; She did not consider her destiny; Therefore her collapse was awesome; She had no comforter. “O Lord, behold my affliction, For the enemy is exalted!”

عَلَى ثَوْبِها نَجاسَتُها. لَمْ تُفَكِّرْ بِما سَيَحِلُّ بِها. سَقَطَتْ فِي عارٍ عَجِيبٍ. فَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَها مَنْ يُعَزِّيها. تَصْرُخُ: «انظُرْ، إلَى مَذَلَّتِي يا اللهُ ، لِأنَّ العَدُوَّ قَدْ تَجَبَّرَ.»
