T hen the king of Babylon struck them and put them to death at Riblah in the land of Hamath. Thus Judah was carried away captive from its own land.

Entonces el rey de Babilonia los hirió y les dio muerte en Ribla en la tierra de Hamat. Así fue llevada Judá al destierro lejos de su tierra.
