A nd it shall be, if they will learn carefully the ways of My people, to swear by My name, ‘As the Lord lives,’ as they taught My people to swear by Baal, then they shall be established in the midst of My people.

Und soll geschehen, wo sie von meinem Volk lernen werden, daß sie schwören bei meinem Namen: "So wahr der HERR lebt!", wie sie zuvor mein Volk gelehrt haben schwören bei Baal, so sollen sie unter meinem Volk erbaut werden.
