W ho has declared from the beginning, that we may know? And former times, that we may say, ‘ He is righteous’? Surely there is no one who shows, Surely there is no one who declares, Surely there is no one who hears your words.

¿Quién lo anunció desde el principio, para que lo sepamos; o de tiempo atrás, para que digamos: «Es justo»? Cierto, no hay quien lo anuncie; sí, no hay quien lo enseñe. Ciertamente, no hay quien oiga vuestras palabras.
