W here there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; But happy is he who keeps the law.

بِلا رُؤْيا مِنَ اللهِ يَجْمَحُ الشَّعْبَ، وَهَنيئاً لِمَنْ يَحْفَظُ تَعلِيمَ الشَّرِيعَةِ.
