t o establish among them that they should celebrate yearly the fourteenth and fifteenth days of the month of Adar,

وَيَطلُبُ مِنهُمْ فِي رَسائِلِهِ أنْ يَحتَفِلُوا سَنَوِيّاً فِي اليَومِ الرّابِعَ عَشَرَ وَاليَومِ الخامِسَ عَشَرَ مِنْ شَهْرِ آذارَ.
