S o Haman took the robe and the horse, arrayed Mordecai and led him on horseback through the city square, and proclaimed before him, “Thus shall it be done to the man whom the king delights to honor!”

Então Hamã apanhou o cavalo, vestiu Mardoqueu com o manto e o conduziu sobre o cavalo pelas ruas da cidade, proclamando à frente dele: “Isto é o que se faz ao homem que o rei tem o prazer de honrar!”
