W hen Mordecai learned all that had happened, he tore his clothes and put on sackcloth and ashes, and went out into the midst of the city. He cried out with a loud and bitter cry.

Quando Mardoqueu soube de tudo o que tinha acontecido, rasgou as vestes, vestiu-se de pano de saco, cobriu-se de cinza, e saiu pela cidade, chorando amargamente em alta voz.
