M alchijah the son of Rechab, leader of the district of Beth Haccerem, repaired the Refuse Gate; he built it and hung its doors with its bolts and bars.

Malchia, fiul lui Recab, conducătorul ţinutului Bet-Hacherem, a restaurat Poarta Gunoiului. El a rezidit-o şi i-a pus porţile, încuietorile şi zăvoarele.
