بِثَلاثِ طَبَقاتٍ مِنَ الحِجارَةِ الضَخمَةِ وَطَبَقَةٍ مِنَ الألواحِ الخَشَبِيَّةِ. عَلَى أن تُدفَعَ نَفَقاتُ البِناءِ مِنَ الخَزِينَةِ المَلَكِيَّةِ.
