A nd I gave the command, and a search has been made, and it was found that this city in former times has revolted against kings, and rebellion and sedition have been fostered in it.

我 已 命 人 考 查 ， 得 知 此 城 古 來 果 然 背 叛 列 王 ， 其 中 常 有 反 叛 悖 逆 的 事 。
