H e also fought with the king of the Ammonites and defeated them. And the people of Ammon gave him in that year one hundred talents of silver, ten thousand kors of wheat, and ten thousand of barley. The people of Ammon paid this to him in the second and third years also.

A fost în război cu împăratul fiilor lui Amon, şi i -a biruit. Fiii lui Amon i-au dat în anul acela o sută de talanţi de argint, zece mii de cori de grîu, şi zece mii de orz; şi i-au plătit tot atît pe anul al doilea şi al treilea.
