2 Kings 5:7 ~ 2 Reis 5:7

A nd it happened, when the king of Israel read the letter, that he tore his clothes and said, “ Am I God, to kill and make alive, that this man sends a man to me to heal him of his leprosy? Therefore please consider, and see how he seeks a quarrel with me.”

Tendo o rei de Israel lido a carta, rasgou as suas vestes, e disse: Sou eu Deus, que possa matar e vivificar, para que este envie a mim um homem a fim de que eu o cure da sua lepra? Notai, peço-vos, e vede como ele anda buscando ocasião contra mim.
