H e removed the high places and broke the sacred pillars, cut down the wooden image and broke in pieces the bronze serpent that Moses had made; for until those days the children of Israel burned incense to it, and called it Nehushtan.

Quitó los lugares altos, derribó los pilares sagrados y cortó la Asera. También hizo pedazos la serpiente de bronce que Moisés había hecho, porque hasta aquellos días los hijos de Israel le quemaban incienso; y la llamaban Nehustán.
