F or he had dominion over all the region on this side of the River from Tiphsah even to Gaza, namely over all the kings on this side of the River; and he had peace on every side all around him.

For he had dominion over all the region west of the River, from Tiphsah to Gaza, over all the kings west of the River, and he had peace on all sides around him.
