F or the Lord will strike Israel, as a reed is shaken in the water. He will uproot Israel from this good land which He gave to their fathers, and will scatter them beyond the River, because they have made their wooden images, provoking the Lord to anger.

Jehová sacudirá a Israel al modo que la caña se agita en las aguas; y él arrancará a Israel de esta buena tierra que había dado a sus padres, y los esparcirá más allá del Eufrates, por cuanto han hecho sus imágenes de Asera, enojando a Jehová.
