N ow it was told King David, saying, “The Lord has blessed the house of Obed-Edom and all that belongs to him, because of the ark of God.” So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed-Edom to the City of David with gladness.

Y se dio aviso al rey David, diciéndo le: El Señor ha bendecido la casa de Obed-edom y todo lo que le pertenece a causa del arca de Dios. Entonces David fue, y con alegría hizo subir el arca de Dios de la casa de Obed-edom a la ciudad de David.
