لكِنَّ شمّة وقَفَ وَسَطَ الحَقلِ ودافَعَ عَنهُ، وهَزَمَ الفِلسْطيّينَ. ونَصَرَ اللهُ بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ في ذَلِكَ اليَومِ نَصراً عظيماً.
