N ow the king had commanded Joab, Abishai, and Ittai, saying, “ Deal gently for my sake with the young man Absalom.” And all the people heard when the king gave all the captains orders concerning Absalom.

王 囑 咐 約 押 、 亞 比 篩 、 以 太 說 ： 你 們 要 為 我 的 緣 故 寬 待 那 少 年 人 押 沙 龍 。 王 為 押 沙 龍 囑 咐 眾 將 的 話 ， 兵 都 聽 見 了 。
