S o when all the land of Egypt was famished, the people cried to Pharaoh for bread. Then Pharaoh said to all the Egyptians, “Go to Joseph; whatever he says to you, do.”

Depois toda a terra do Egito teve fome, e o povo clamou a Faraó por pão; e Faraó disse a todos os egípcios: Ide a José; o que ele vos disser, fazei.
