A nd it happened, when Israel dwelt in that land, that Reuben went and lay with Bilhah his father’s concubine; and Israel heard about it. Jacob’s Twelve Sons Now the sons of Jacob were twelve:

Pe cînd locuia Israel în ţinutul acesta, Ruben s'a dus şi s'a culcat cu Bilha, ţiitoarea tatălui său. Şi Israel a aflat.
