P ero los hombres de Guibeá se levantaron contra mí, y rodearon la casa por la noche por causa mía. Tenían intención de matarme. Pero en vez de esto, violaron a mi concubina de tal manera que murió.

The men of Gibeah rose against me, and surrounded the house by night. They intended to kill me, and they raped my concubine, and she is dead.
