S i un hombre se acuesta con una mujer que sea sierva adquirida para otro hombre, pero que no haya sido redimida ni se le haya dado su libertad, habrá castigo; sin embargo, no se les dará muerte, porque ella no era libre.

And whosoever lieth carnally with a woman, that is a bondmaid, betrothed to an husband, and not at all redeemed, nor freedom given her; she shall be scourged; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free.
