E ntonces los funcionarios y sátrapas buscaron un motivo para acusar a Daniel con respecto a los asuntos del reino. Pero no pudieron encontrar ningún motivo de acusación ni evidencia alguna de corrupción, por cuanto él era fiel, y ninguna negligencia ni corrupción podía hallarse en él.

Then the presidents and the satraps sought to find occasion against Daniel as touching the kingdom; but they could find no occasion nor fault, forasmuch as he was faithful, neither was there any error or fault found in him.
