T rajeron una piedra y la pusieron sobre la boca del foso. El rey la selló con su anillo y con los anillos de sus nobles, para que nada pudiera cambiarse de lo ordenado en cuanto a Daniel.

A stone was brought, and laid on the mouth of the den; and the king sealed it with his own signet, and with the signet of his lords; that nothing might be changed concerning Daniel.
