E ntonces aquellos hombres vinieron de común acuerdo al rey y le dijeron: “Reconozca, oh rey, que es ley de los Medos y Persas que ningún mandato o edicto que el rey establezca, puede ser revocado.”

Then those men assembled near the king, and said unto the king, Know, O king, that this is the law of Media and of Persia: No decree nor statute which the king has confirmed may be moved.
