‘ Así dice el Señor Dios: “El día en que el cedro descendió al Seol (región de los muertos) causé lamentaciones, le cerré las corrientes profundas y detuve sus ríos. Sus muchas aguas cesaron, e hice que el Líbano se lamentara por él y por él todos los árboles del campo se marchitaron.

Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: In the day when he went down to Sheol, I caused a mourning: I covered the deep for him, and I restrained the floods thereof, and the great waters were stayed; and I made Lebanon black for him, and all the trees of the field fainted for him.
