P ero fue arrancada con furor, Derribada a tierra, Y el viento del este secó su fruto; Su rama fuerte fue quebrada Y se secó; El fuego la consumió.

But the vine was plucked up in God’s wrath and it was cast down to the ground; the east wind dried up its fruit; its strong rods were broken off and withered; the fire consumed them.
