C ada uno engaña a su prójimo, Y no habla la verdad, Han enseñado sus lenguas a hablar mentiras; Se afanan por cometer iniquidad.

Every one fools his neighbor, and does not tell the truth. They have taught their tongue to tell lies. They become tired doing so many sins.
