H an dejado de luchar los valientes de Babilonia, Permanecen en las fortalezas; Se han agotado sus fuerzas, Se han vuelto como mujeres; Han sido incendiadas sus moradas, Rotos están sus cerrojos.

The mighty men of Babylon have forborne to fight; they have remained in their holds; their might has failed; they became as women: the enemies have burned her dwellingplaces; they have broken her bars.
