P ero los Israelitas tuvieron muchos hijos y aumentaron mucho, y se multiplicaron y llegaron a ser poderosos (numerosos) en gran manera, y el país se llenó de ellos.

And the children of Israel were fruitful, and increased abundantly, and multiplied, and waxed exceeding mighty; and the land was filled with them.
