J oacim tenía veinticinco años cuando comenzó a reinar, y reinó once años en Jerusalén. Pero hizo lo malo ante los ojos del Señor su Dios.

Jehoiakim was twenty-five years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem. He did evil in the sight of the Lord his God.
