D avid le tomó 1, 000 carros y 7, 000 hombres de a caballo y 20, 000 soldados de a pie; David desjarretó todos los caballos de los carros, pero dejó suficientes caballos para 100 carros.

David took from him 1, 000 chariots, 7, 000 horsemen, and 20, 000 foot soldiers. David also hamstrung all the chariot horses, but reserved enough for 100 chariots.
