E ntonces Ezequías, rey de Judá, envió a decir al rey de Asiria en Laquis: “He hecho lo malo. Retírate de mí; lo que me impongas, aceptaré.” Y el rey de Asiria impuso a Ezequías, rey de Judá, 10. 2 toneladas de plata y una tonelada de oro.

Then King Hezekiah of Judah sent word to the king of Assyria at Lachish, saying, “I have done wrong; leave me. I will pay whatever you ask.” So the king of Assyria had Hezekiah king of Judah pay him silver weighing as much as 300 men, and gold weighing as much as thirty men.
