E ntonces el amo de José lo tomó y lo echó en la cárcel, en el lugar donde se encerraba a los presos del rey. Allí permaneció en la cárcel.

And Joseph's lord took him and put him into the tower-house, place where the king's prisoners were confined; and he was there in the tower-house.
