E n cuanto a Ismael, te he oído. Yo lo bendeciré y lo haré fecundo y lo multiplicaré en gran manera. El será el padre de doce príncipes y haré de él una gran nación.

Y por Ismael, también te he oído: he aquí que le bendeciré, y le haré fructificar y multiplicar mucho en gran manera: doce príncipes engendrará, y le pondré por gran gente.
