N ow one of the servants of Saul was there that day, detained before the Lord; and his name was Doeg the Edomite, the chief of Saul’s shepherds.

Chiar în ziua aceea, se afla acolo închis înaintea Domnului un om dintre slujitorii lui Saul; era un Edomit, numit Doeg, căpetenia păstorilor lui Saul.
