A ll Israel heard the news that Saul had smitten the garrison of the Philistines, and also that Israel had become odious to the Philistines. The people were then summoned to Saul at Gilgal.

Então todo o Israel ouviu dizer que Saul ferira a guarnição dos filisteus, e que Israel se fizera abominável aos filisteus. E o povo foi convocado após Saul em Gilgal.
