T he power of Midian prevailed against Israel. Because of Midian the sons of Israel made for themselves the dens which were in the mountains and the caves and the strongholds.

米 甸 人 壓 制 以 色 列 人 ； 以 色 列 人 因 為 米 甸 人 ， 就 在 山 中 挖 穴 、 挖 洞 、 建 造 營 寨 。
