B ut Joshua made them that day hewers of wood and drawers of water for the congregation and for the altar of the Lord, to this day, in the place which He would choose.

y desde ese día los destinó a ser los leñadores y aguadores de la comunidad y del altar del Señor, en el lugar que el Señor eligiera, y eso es lo que son hasta el día de hoy.
