T hen I took your father Abraham from beyond the River, and led him through all the land of Canaan, and multiplied his descendants and gave him Isaac.

Eu am luat pe tatăl vostru Avraam din cealaltă parte a Rîului, şi l-am purtat prin toată ţara Canaanului; i-am înmulţit sămînţa, şi i-am dat pe Isaac.
