O therwise, He would have needed to suffer often since the foundation of the world; but now once at the consummation of the ages He has been manifested to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself.

De otra manera sería necesario que hubiera padecido muchas veces desde el principio del mundo; mas ahora UNA VEZ en la consumación de los siglos, para deshacer el pecado se presentó por el sacrificio de sí mismo.
