N ow if perfection was through the Levitical priesthood (for on the basis of it the people received the Law), what further need was there for another priest to arise according to the order of Melchizedek, and not be designated according to the order of Aaron?

Acum, dacă desăvârşirea ar fi fost posibilă prin preoţia levitică, pentru că poporul a primit Legea sub această preoţie, ce nevoie ar fi fost să mai vorbim despre un Alt Preot, Care să vină potrivit rânduielii lui Melhisedek, şi nu potrivit rânduielii lui Aaron?
