O r has a god tried to go to take for himself a nation from within another nation by trials, by signs and wonders and by war and by a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm and by great terrors, as the Lord your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

O vi fu mai alcun DIO che abbia provato ad andare a prendere per sé una nazione di mezzo a un'altra nazione mediante prove, segni, prodigi e battaglie, con mano potente e con braccio steso e con grandi terrori, come fece per voi l'Eterno, il vostro DIO, in Egitto sotto i vostri occhi?
