w ho is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory.

فَالرُّوحُ القُدُسُ هُوَ العَربُونُ الَّذِي يَضمَنُ حُصُولَنا عَلَى كُلِّ ما لَنا عِندَ اللهِ، إلَى أنْ يَفتَدِيَنا اللهُ كُلِّيّاً، نَحنُ شَعبَهُ، فَيُؤَدِّي ذَلِكَ إلَى مَدحِ مَجدِهِ. صَلاةُ بُولُس
