B ut she answered and said to Him, “Yes, Lord, but even the dogs under the table feed on the children’s crumbs.”

فَأجابَتْهُ: «صَحِيحٌ يا سَيِّدِي، وَلَكِنْ حَتَّى الكِلابُ الَّتيْ تَحتَ المائِدَةِ، تَأكُلُ فُتاتَ الطَعامِ الَّذي يُسْقِطُهُ الأبْناءُ.»
