T he cities which you shall give to the Levites shall be the six cities of refuge, which you shall give for the manslayer to flee to; and in addition to them you shall give forty-two cities.

Ndër qyetet që do t’u jepni Levitëve do të caktoni qytete strehimi, në të cilat mund të gjejë strehim ai që ka vrarë dikë; dhe këtyre qyteteve do t’u shtoni dyzet e dy qytete të tjera.
