T hen Moses lifted up his hand and struck the rock twice with his rod; and water came forth abundantly, and the congregation and their beasts drank.

Und Mose hob seine Hand auf und schlug den Fels mit dem Stab zweimal. Da ging viel Wasser heraus, daß die Gemeinde trank und ihr Vieh.
