B ut when the cloud had withdrawn from over the tent, behold, Miriam was leprous, as white as snow. As Aaron turned toward Miriam, behold, she was leprous.

وَحِينَ ارتَفَعَتِ السَّحابَةُ مِنَ الخَيمَةِ، كانَ جِلْدُ مَريَمَ أبْيَضَ كَالثَّلجِ. فَرآها هارُونُ وَعَرَفَ أنَّها بَرْصاءُ.
