T hough Edom says, “We have been beaten down, but we will return and build up the ruins”; thus says the Lord of hosts, “They may build, but I will tear down; and men will call them the wicked territory, and the people toward whom the Lord is indignant forever.”

Anche se Edom, dicesse: "Noi siamo stati distrutti, ma torneremo a ricostruire i luoghi desolati"», cosí dice l'Eterno degli eserciti. «Essi ricostruiranno, ma io demolirò; e saranno chiamati il Territorio dell'iniquità e il popolo contro il quale l'Eterno sarà per sempre indignato.
